Here I lower myself from a standing position and rise from a kneeling position. The whole point of doing this movement is to control the position of the lumbar spine and prevent it from sinking down (arching, extending). Master the basic plank, then the stability ball rollout, then the ab wheel rollout from the knees before attempting this exercise.
