An old real estate lockbox I bought from the manufacturer several years ago. Pretty cool setup, as it requires a key and a combo to open it. Having one without the other won't work. Used to keep keys for listed houses so agents don't have to carry keys to every house. The agent would get a key and a code to go with it, and be able to use this to access houses in their listing area to show to customers.
The current models are electronic and use infrared communications to a handheld keypad or smartphone.
