Make iPhone Apps

Jayce: Today were going to look into how two rookie coders made an iPhone app that made several million dollars! How you ask? I'll give you a hint. They made an App call Ladida that somehow took this:

And turned into this:

Jayce: Please God, do that for me!

Jayce: Welcomed to How to become TV here's where we help you pursue the career you want it so you can stop dwelling on the job you hate.
So, the dynamic duo behind Ladida is Prerna Gupta and Parag Chordia.. Now the product is described as a "reverse karaoke" app. Here's how it works: A user sings into the mic, and the technology composes unique background music to match, automatically employing pitch correction and other vocal effects.
So it takes a bad singing voice and makes sounds better. In fact, you could sing like a dog and still become a star!

So, how does one make a successful smart phone app? Well, many will say you have to solve a problem, or remove a pain-point for people to actually your product.
But Ladida doesn't solve a problem as much as it allows everyone to stroke our own inner Beiber!

Prerna & Parag are not from Silicon Valley, they did not spend their teens years in their parents basement learning code. So how did two people with little to no hard core coding background create a huge hit and have their young fledging company bought out for an undisclosed amount?
Let's break it down:
1. They created a product that meets a basic human need: Vanity
2. They collaborated with successful youtubers in their own space to help build buzz.
3. They persisted even when it was painful.
