Go back to the early stages of civilization and think of what they ate... I'm pretty sure they did not go to a supermarket and buy some chicken. They grew lots of veggies and potatoes which took time so while they waited for their food to grow they had their other meals... fruits! This diet is easy and simple. The more carbs you take in from fruits the more you feel good, the more weight you lose and the more happy you will be. Mother Nature knows best ;)
