In this video taken at a recent F.A.P. 'Lower Limb' seminar, Dr. Spina discusses the complexity of the connective tissue/fascial continuum. Specifically he discusses how the current descriptions of 'fascial chains' fail to account for the extensiveness of the continuum. Also discussed is the short falls of over reliance on myofascial trains for both assessment and treatment, biocellular responses to external load application, and the importance of progressive adaptation in myofascial conditioning.
