Mild lumbago can be prevented through individual efforts. The strength of the lower-back mostly depends on the muscles located in pelvic and lower-back areas. Lower-back with strong and flexible muscles provide better spinal support while weaker lower-back muscles fail to support the spine properly. It is not easy to turn a weak lower-back into a strong one. Medicinal treatment and physical therapy only offers limited benefit for your lower-back pain.
