Been working on my mugen screenpack a little more, also fixed a few bugs with Ryu in Simul mode. DG's old target state code for the Hit Wall state used a "numtarget greater than 0 / target(0)" thing, where the 0's were not needed, fixed debug spammage.
Also started work on new FX after I learned how to use GIMP's Motion Blur with a center point, which is awesome.... so I added New FX to the hadouken dust, Hitwall/Ground Sparks, tatsumaki Dust, denjin Dust to name a few.
Still not sure how powerful this character is or not, I've had some people say he isnt powerful enough and some say that his supers do too much damage, I could use a rough estimate at which all these supers should deal damage... But he's comming along nicely for an edit..
