The Oregon Lottery does good things and sometimes those things get revitalized.
Like in Whychus Creek where, with the help of Lottery dollars, an unprecedented collaboration between The Deschutes Partnership, farmers, ranchers, landowners and many others, resulted in the restoration of the creek's streamflow and riparian habitat. Now the creek flows year-round to aid in the reintroduction of salmon and steelhead to their native habitat preserving this vital tributary for generations to come.
