Just finished building the E-Flite Shoestring and took it out to test the flight characteristics. Unfortunately I did not get the maiden on camera, but you can see the second flight. My Shoestring is running the E-Flite Power 25 - 1250kv motor, Hobbywing 60A OPTO ESC, 5A UBEC, Sky Lipo 40C 3300mah 14.8v battery, 2 - Hitec 225MG servos, and 2 - Hitec 82MG servos. The receiver is the Spektrum AR7000 with the satellite.
Sorry that this video does not have a lot of high speed passes, but I was getting the plane trimmed and was also getting used to the controls. Most of the flying was 1/2 - 2/3 throttle. The flight is a handful, because it wants to pull left under throttle and the landing can take up the entire 600 foot runway in no time at all.
