Search or sort resumes in my, or any particular part of the country- (show Main Menu) Before we search resumes, here are some VERY important tips for your recruiting. 1st, we are asked all the time, how do you keep your resumes fresh? The answer is (toggle over to the opt-out letter) each jobseeker in our system receives this opt-out email every 30 days or more often. The email says “If you no longer are looking for a job, no longer want your resume showing, no longer want employers to contact you, click here to opt-out”. Sometimes though job seekers ignore the opt-out and aren’t looking any more so don’t be surprised if you get a few like this. (toggle back to main menu) 2nd, all resumes are kept in order of their submission date so the newest ones are ALWAYS at the top, the further down you go, the more aged they get. Let’s look, so click on #8 (click on #8), you will always see the newest resumes in your state that your company has registered in. So now let’s do a search, over on the left side select the position you want to view resumes for, let’s say we want to look at car and truck sales resumes, (pull down and click on car and truck sales), now if you want to look just in your area, DO NOT choose a state but (circle with the browser the states) but move over to the right where you see the Zip/postal window (and take browser there). Note do NOT put your whole zip code in this box because you won’t get any results, use ONLY the 1st 2 or 3 of your zip code you want to search. When you the first 2 numbers, your search is wide, when you search by the 1st 3, you narrow in your results, watch (then put in 2 and pull down to the results, then 3 and pull down to the results)
