Since lifestyle disease has affected her family, Kanisha has a mind to sustain a healthy living well into to her adult years. Though still young in age, she has used foresight to understand that our families physical problems could be genetically inherited so adjustments need to be made to change the cycle. Therefore she is considered an"Early Preserver" taking control of her future health in her present life. Adopting this mentality will make it easier for her later in life as it wont take her much restructuring or adjustments during her middle years to maintain fitness.
