A staple in Asian-themed online casinos, the Dragon Tiger (DT) casino game is also known as the two-card version of baccarat. The rules are simple; the dealer draws two cards and deals them face up, first on the Dragon hand and then on the Tiger hand. Players need to bet on any of these outcomes: the Dragon hand or the Tiger hand is higher, or the value of the both hands are the same.
Our Dragon Tiger comes in two types: the Classic and the New. The rules of the game are the same for both, but the difference is on determining the Tie result.
• In the Classic DT, the result is a Tie if both hands have the same number and same suit. If both Dragon and Tiger have the same value but have different suits, the rule of suits apply to determine the winning hand. Highest to lowest: spade (♠), heart (♥), club (♣), diamond (♦).
• In the New DT, the result is a Tie if both hands have the same number regardless of the suit.
