"Rep. Roscoe Bartlett (R-Md.) claimed federally-funded student loans were unconstitutional Wednesday, and then went on to suggest that doing things that were unconstitutional could lead down a "slippery slope" to an event like the Holocaust." Bartlett eventually apologized... was his apology acceptable? Find out all the details with John Iadarola and Lisa Ferguson on TYT University.

Yesterday I heard a massive lie. It was nearly as big as the holocaust. No way man - there's no lie even comes near the hollowhoax.
I didn't know the 8 Steps of Genocide had a section about student loans.
A critical re-examination is long overdue. STOP THE BLIND VENERATION OF THE FOUNDING FATHERS!!!
Commerce Clause FTW!!!
I think the apology was a quality apology and the wording at least made it seem genuine. All in all he shouldn't be forgiven for using the Holocaust as a political tool like that, but I don't think it should the thing that damns him either. It should be his actual positions. And if his actual positions are "I'm for Student Loans" then that's a point in his favor.
Godwin's law isn't just the holocaust, it's all Hitler and other specific or generalized Nazis. That is the kind of sensationalist propaganda I would expect from Goebbels!

This is obviously a competition to say the most rightwing bat shit crazy thing possible. Here's my entry. Welfare is the slippery slope to eating live babies.

Access to a knowledge net was the conclusions from the 100th monkey experiment...none of this makes sense until you understand what happened there...if you are having trouble making sense of a claim, do your research, if you can't debunk an experiment, you should accept its findings as long as you agree with its methods and premise. Unprecidented accelerated learning levels were observed after a critical ratio of knowledge was reached, on islands separated by distances too far to swim. Research!

After this many obtuse responses...I doubt your status as anything more than a troll...or someone that is desperate to have an argument with someone...so desperate they invent arguments to have with people where none would have existed. If you are incapable of understanding how the "transfer" of knowledge worked in the 100th monkey experiment...than sadly you are incapable of understanding it. Perhaps your worldview is more limiting than you give it credit for...unless you're a facetious troll.
