I was not aware
how much I loved you until I lost you.

It was natural you were here, beside me, standing by me,
and I never realized how important and loving it was.
It is the first experience in my whole life that I trembled and unable to stand up in despair when I lost you so suddenly.
We never know how happy and precious to have our beloveds until we lose them.

I am an artist from Japan and I'm here to send you a song to express our sadness, shock and love when we lost our beloveds.
I would like to share the importance and preciousness which we cannot find until we lose our beloveds, with you.

I lost my beloved due to terminal cancer. This song came out of my grief.
While I was in a studio in Tokyo, a big earthquake hit Japan. (Tohoku Earthquake, March 11, 2011)
In the middle of the city, buildings were shaking, and highways seemed to collapse in front of my eyes. It was a dream-like scene just like a Science Fiction movie.
I did not expect to find so many people feel the same as myself having lost one's beloved while I was writing this song. After the earthquake, however, we are entirely in an unimaginable situation where I'd like to share my pain, love, and sadness with those who feel the same. MARTH
