I now use straps from REI (Riverside Heavy Duty Utility Straps, 12' long) for both the actual straps AND for the footloops. I cut about 2' off the end of the strap to use for the footloops, I find them much more durable (larger break strength) and also work better for the footloops than the ropes shown in the video. If REI doesn't ship the straps to your part of the world, try ordering through Strapworks dot com. All the rest of the supplies and quantities should be very self explanatory from the video***
