You will need:
Bread
5 Large tomatoes
2 Sweet potatoes
3 little or 1 large Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1 Chilli
Coconut oil
Olive oil
Bouillon or half a stock cube
Passata only a little
Paprika
Salt
Chives, basil or parsley to garnish
