This video shows the basic build process and final function of "Super Arcade", my full-size home arcade emulation cabinet that runs real arcade games from that past. Super Arcade uses seven different arcade emulators: MAME, Daphne, Sega M2, Demul, Supermodel 3, Future Pinball (Physics 2.5), and Visual Pinball. It also includes several direct-to-PC arcade ports. All coin-operated games of greatness! Each of these emulators are controlled using a frontend program called Mala. I used a modified design of Retro GUI as my Mala skin.
Literally thousands of classic arcade games from the past are organized here in what I call the "the closest thing to a time machine I know how to build."
A written report on how I built and organized this project is posted on my blog (Cheapskategamer.com) as a two-part article.
