I started noticing that Emotions were actually Thoughts that I had identified with and that I believed were real - and from there they became integrated in my body, in my total experience of myself, in and as me and in and as how I experienced the world - I discovered that if I am able to Stop the Emotion or the Thought in One Moment - it was never Real. I began investigating what Thoughts and Emotions actually are and found that they are all coming from how and who I accept myself to experience myself as - Thus Stopping Thoughts and Emotions as the Mind - Supporting ME HERE without Creating Alternate-Reality-Programs where I am submitted to what I experience -
