Morning team,

Rob masters Fit College New Zealand personal trainer here to give you a few tips while you're working in the office environment.
What was I doing wrong there? Come over I'll show you.

I know that some of you are on the computer all day. Let's take an IT specialist okay, you spend all the day hunched over on your computer. I know it's the work you do but I want you to make a few changes with how you adjust your posture in your work environment.

Firstly, shoulders back. Okay cool. Pulled in and nice and strong supporting that lower back. Alright, looking straight ahead our computer chest pushed out and working hard. Okay, it looks so much better. What does it do? It opens up your chest cavity and allows you to breathe easier, takes the pressure off your lower back and all over makes you a strong more healthier person.
If you're eating at the same time it aids with your digestion too. Okay so remember those three tips; core engaged, shoulders back, chest out.

I'll leave you to saving the world from the Galactic Empire on your IT computer and we'll see you next time
