Transcript:
Studying Dos and Don'ts
brought to you by the library.
Do review quizzes, assignments, papers, labs and any class notes.
Don't do all your studying right before your exam.
Do try a variety of ways to study (flash cards, note taking, practice questions, flowcharts, interpretive dance).
Don't multitask while studying (turn off your phone, avoid distractions).
Do find people to study with. Discussing can help clarify ideas and motivate you.
Don't pull an all nighter. Lack of sleep can lead to anxiety and difficulty concentrating.
Do ask questions and get help. Talk to your instructor, TA, and friendly library staff.
Good luck on your exams!
