Ofcom's reply (in brief):
Although we appreciate why some viewers might have been frustrated by the presenter's approach we believe that David Babbs was, overall, able to put his point across. In particular, we noted that even during the parts of the interview where Kay Burley was repeatedly interrupting David Babbs, the interviewee was still able to get some points across to a limited degree. As such, we considered that the subject matter at hand was treated with due impartiality in line with the requirements of the Code for major matters of political controversy. While it could be argued that Kay Burley was acting in the role of devil's advocate in terms of her interviewing style, it did not result in any personal or gratuitous abuse.
Also, please note that I don't monitor the comments on this video, and rely on users reporting anything that is distasteful, sexist, bullying, or otherwise offensive. It should not be tolerated from Kay Burley, but that doesn't give you an excuse to bully her.
