The 23rd video in the In My Footsteps: Cape Cod series features one of the most historic yet least visited spots on the Cape. The burial grounds of the Nobscusset tribe of Native Americans sits along Rt. 6A in Dennis and is passed by thousands of people yearly who don't pay it a second glance. This sacred spot contains the final resting places of many members of the bygone tribe including Chief Mashantampaine. These people are as much a part of the heart and soul of Cape Cod as anyone. This place and dozens more are featured in my first book In My Footsteps: A Cape Cod Travel Guide available in stores and online at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Schiffer Books, and Christopher Setterlund.com.
