This part begins the series of mukhrās, or transition rhythmic fragments, of rhythmic cycles of the tiśra jāti, or cycles that are of multples of three. The first mukhrā taught in this series is Mukhrā 5, commonly seen when transitioning between madhya lay cycles.
It's three beats long and the bols are: dhā-titā kitidhā- titākiti.
