http://WorkoutJourney.com. This is me doing P90X Chest and Back after 90 days. My first time doing P90X Chest and Back I could do only 8 total pull ups and now I can do 48. One time I did 54. My push up numbers were about the same as before because I was a big runner and did a lot of push ups, just not pull ups. I went from doing 10 reps at 30 pounds doing the "lawnmowers" to 15 reps at 52 pounds. This is one of the hardest workouts for me as it is all upper body.
