Many many many people have requested a guide to uneven bars pirouettes. These are the skills in gymnastics that I find hardest to recognise so I am breaking the guide down in parts. This is part one: giant swings. I have a lot of trouble telling L-Grip and reverse grip apart, so I may have made some mistakes on this one. I hope people find it useful anyway. Stalder Circles will be the focus of the next part.
