No need to write here about Nigel - what more can one say! This video is his presentation at the SW Spring Conference March 2016. The conference and stage were shared by both the GO and the Vote Leave campaigns - and a speaker from the Campaign for an Independent Britain (CIB) who are campaigning under the GO 'umbrella'
The scarf was handed to Nigel by a gent whose wife had knitted it for him.... not everyone who rushes the stage is carrying a custard pie.
