This is a fairly authentic Italian recipe for ragù bolognese. It's completely different from the British version of bolognaise sauce, but equally delicious. Italian ragu needs to be simmered for at least 3 hours, and this recipe contains red wine and milk.
In this video I also make homemade tagliatelle - it would have been better if I'd had a pasta machine!
