Copy of message sent to Mr. Fandrich :

"We'd like to thank you very much for our brand new equisite warm-sounded 185HGS-H Fandrich piano we just received for Christmas in Montreal. I'd like also to highlight the devotion of the piano technician Oliver White for the utmost professional preparation he made to our piano. After spending many months in visiting all piano stores in Montreal area, we were just pissed off by the great number of badly tuned and prepared pianos we tried. I couldn't understand why a number of brand new and very expensive pianos can be sold in such a bad condition. I was complaining a lot with salespersons I was meeting. I'm not a professional pianist but I love pianos since 30 years. Ultimately, it was also my intention to speak with key persons in Montreal to understand how this problem could be fixed : How one can choose a good piano for himeself if he cannot hear what it can give ? Unfortunately, I've also heard that professional and university staff have got the same problem ... I'm very proud my piano has been made by such passionate people and I have the strong feeling it's a very unique and peculiar piece. My piano doesn't sound like the other 185H I tried, even if the other sounds good too"
