I like the new features but its been lagging like crazy. It's starting to get pretty annoying especially since lagging is one of the reasons I switched from android to ios. Apple needs to do something to make it run smooth like ios 5.

I have an iPhone 4s in which I installed iOS 6 beta 2, so far it works very well. The only bug I've noticed is the iPod app gets stuck in landscape, it stays that way even if you kill the app. The navigation seems to work very well but makes the phone extremely hot.
Sounds like you got lucky then

I'm running iOS 6 on an iPhone 4 and on a new iPad. Obviously, it runs better on the new iPad, but I wouldn't say the performance on iPhone 4 is bad. So far, only the Maps app has crashed, NO OTHER APP HAS CRASHED for me. I say go for it, Facebook integration is pretty cool, Siri on the new iPad is like getting a new toy for free.
iOS 6 made my iPod Battery ALOT Better!!!!
Yeah, and no it's on an iPod Touch 4G, which is why some features are missing and the lag somewhat, but the settings app crashing is still questionable.
I haven't had the same luck as you then. Very slow and settings is always crashing, so it comes to show that iOS 6 beta 1 is unpredictable at best.
