Born in South Korea, Dr. Jeong graduated from Yon Sei University in 1980 with all "A"s in all of his entire physics courses. He obtained Master's degree in physics at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in 1983 and PhD degree at the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. His other academic background includes electrical engineering prior to his study of physics.
His published (and/or unpublished) scientific documents range from Elementary Particle Physics, Quantum Field Theory, General Relativity and Electromagnetism to Experimental Solid State Physics and Electrical Engineering.
In 1995, he discovered that the so far known general relativity has missed the big chunk of information regarding the "Gravitational Dipole Moment" which can explain many gravitational physical mysteries including, the Lense-Thirring force, Dark matter problem, Saturn ring mystery, Blackhole Jet phenomenon, GPB experimental anomaly and many others. This achievement of his will be recognized as the complete rediscovery of general relativity in later years. It will take at least a bachelors degree in physics and/or that of electrical engineering to fully understand the core aspect of the material in the video.
