im 16 saving up every paycheck i make for this car, so stoked cant wait to have this car before senior year!
I got the honor to drive this car on the track at Willow Spring on vacation its got great turn in the chassis feels tight, but after one lap the brakes start to feel less useful, I guess they fade quick the way I would brake too hard, but it does hang the tail out nicely, its just the for a track day the first thing that should be upgraded would definitely be the brakes, in fact everyone has been adding stainless steel brake lines and ceramic pads and that seems to fix the issues and its perfect
Scion don't do turbos.. Up to you to add accessories.
Waiting for turbo
mario rosso
That is if you will ever have one! lol
scion frs grow on me, now it look badazz planning to get one soon in red
We just drove the Scion and Subaru BRZ back to back and they are not the same car. The Subie is tighter and feels more immediate. The suspension is firmer and that means better handling and a slightly less comfortable ride. The Subaru is more responsive and more of a real sports car where the Scion feels like a really sporty coupe.
Dude im going to look at this car this week thinking about buying one or TC RS but ever since my buddy said it kind looks like a sportier version of a miata (DAMN U JP) it's killing it for me. Probably check out the BRZ 1st just to trick the mind into thinking it's a different car even thou they have the same motor same body style with little to slight difference, just to get this "sportier miata " image out of my head.
to be honest just my opinion, the front fascia of the FRS is just looks like an Ugly dumb fish for realz, i try to like this car but i just cant ". rockin with Scion tC2 and BRZ ride all day!!

Both the FRS and BRZ look and perform like modern sports cars should. I'm sure all of the high performance lovers out there are just waiting for the turbo charged versions to be introduced. Thanks for the great review.
