This is an older video that is geared toward those at the beginning level of fitness at the gym that I work out of: Fitness Incentive. The video is basic and put forth in simpler terms to help people get the general idea: You will want to learn more about the basic function of the major muscle groups, including the exercises, to minimize the potential for developing a muscular imbalance.

For the intermediate and advanced individuals that visit my channel, I'm working on videos that go into more detail about muscular development. The past year has been one of the best in terms of my own personal training. So the new videos should be very interesting. At the very least, they will reveal just how well a physique can be developed being 100% drug free (For the skeptics out there, that means no steroids, growth hormone, prohormones, or any other form of enhancement whatsoever; 100% full compliance with World Natural Bodybuilding Federation standards; food, exercise, natural food supplements - period!).

And in case some are wondering why I'm an odd shade of brown, it's because this was filmed right after a contest (and before I learned basic color-correction). .
