Every August, a boutique tomato farm grows and harvests all of the tomatoes that go into Bertucci's ® sauce for the entire year. Used in everything from handcrafted pizzas from the brick oven to flavorful pasta dishes, Chef Jeff Tenner oversees the process to ensure the quality and taste of the sauce.
