This video is Part 2 of a 3-part series. Stronger Team's Alan Stein and Blair O'Donovan of Stronger Team are shown here in a video shot in 2010 doing a series of metabolic conditioning exercises they use with their basketball players.

Equipment includes: G-2 plyo boxes from UCS (there are 3 boxes, 12", 18", and 24"... we combined to make heights of 36", 42", and 54"), Sandbells from Hyperwear, weighted vest from Hyperwear, Clubbells from RMAX International, Hoop Hands cable attachment (no longer available), Renegade barbell attachment from Purmotion, and a Peg Board climber from Perform Better.

Please note: these exercises and "toys" are not the foundation of the Stronger Team training program, but are added in to offer variety and functionality. Thanks for watching! .
