A dancer's feet uses muscles from all over, from the toes to the arch. The beautiful jumps and spins all come from these muscles. Which brings us to the stretching that is essential to the dancer and our Ballerina Method.
Part 3 focuses on foot exercises, specifically, the toes and the arches.
By training these muscles, even your daily life can be improved as it will decrease the chances of tripping and kicking your feet unintentionally. You may also realize how badly your feet have been ignored up till now! Our minds can't tell our toes to move about individually, it's just not possible normally. But by repeating this exercise, that can be changed. You will feel energy coursing through the toes, improving stability and everything from just standing about to walking around. An essential part of building up the base for a beautiful posture.
