Part 3は、
足のエクササイズです。

足指と土踏まずの筋肉を鍛えることで、
日常生活の中で、つまずかなくなったり、転ばなくなります。
いかに日頃、足の指に対して無関心で、
意志の疎通が取れていないことか!
頭で、足の指を、1本1本に動くように指示を出しても、
ままなりません。
これも、エクササイズの回数を重ねますと改善されます。
足の指先まで、エネルギーが通りますと、
立っても、歩いても、安定感が増します。
美しい姿勢を作る土台作りが、
このエクササイズです。

A dancer's feet uses muscles from all over, from the toes to the arch.
The beautiful jumps and spins all come from these muscles.
Which brings us to the stretching that is essential to the dancer and our Ballerina Method.

Part 3 focuses on foot exercises, specifically, the toes and the arches.

By training these muscles, even your daily life can be improved as it will decrease the chances of tripping and kicking your feet unintentionally.
You may also realize how badly your feet have been ignored up till now!
Our minds can't tell our toes to move about individually, it's just not possible normally.
But by repeating this exercise, that can be changed.
You will feel energy coursing through the toes, improving stability and everything from just standing about to walking around.
An essential part of building up the base for a beautiful posture.
