UPD march 2016: i just changed logic board. i had no choice

Hi! i have unexpected shutdown problem on my macbook pro.

It happens every time, no matter wich software (programs) iam using at that moment, unexpectedly:
display becoming black, but keyboard still have backlight (caps lock button does not work - lamp does not light), all buttons not working, indicator on the front edge (on the right side) is lit and not flashing. i can only push power button off.

more simptoms
unexpected shutdown happens:
when i am using spase button for preview folders and files
when i am using photoshop
when i am using Spaces
when i am opening Time Machine
when i am reinstalling MacOS and trying set Time Zone
when i am using/not using battery...
after mac boot up or 10-30 min later - whatever, when i am using graphic effects - unexpected shutdown happens
as example you can view my video

What i am already done:
Reinstalled MacOS
Changed hard drive
Changed memory cards
Resetted SMC
Launched Diagnostic tools (no errors)
Changed power adapter
... and unexpected shutdown still happening

I think, all that because i have problems with my videocard(s). And I think that this is a manufacturing defect.
How i can fix this problem? Can I fix it myself ?

MacBook Pro 6,2 (15 inch, middle 2010)
Intel Core i7 2.66
DDR3 4GBx2 1067
Video NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M Intel HD
EFI Boot ROM MBP61.0057.B0C
SMC 1.58f17

I know that Apple company launched "MacBook Pro Repair Extension Program for Video Issues", but only for MacBook Pro systems were sold between February 2011 and December 2013. Maybe this is a problem not only for computers released in 2011, but for 2010 too?
