This sends shivers down my spine after dislocating both shoulder and sitting in a wait room for 6 hours I basically passed out from the pain, only to wake when they were popping the 2nd shoulder in and they split the bone at the top and ripped off the tendons. So don't have a brunch of know it all do it. Or you could end up a mess with pins through your should

I dislocated my right shoulder in High School while tubing with some friends and family.  I directed the tube to a little waterfall and landed wrong.  Survived the white water downstream - don't know how - managed to flop one-handed onto a little beach where everyone caught up with me.  My Dad looked down at me, tsk'ed his tongue, shook his head and said, "You dummy. Now do you understand why the signs say to walk around that stretch if you're tubing?  Then he sat down beside me, put one foot against my ribs and the other against my neck, grabbed my wrist and pulled.  No matter what anyone says (@R1ckJamezBitch), IT FREAKING HURT!!!!  Somehow I managed to avoid major damage although I have separated it a couple of times since.

dumbass!  just lay on your back next time with your arm straight out to your side and roll your body towards the injured shoulder, It will pop right back in and relatively painless.  They way you guys and the way the "movies" do it will almost tear a tendon and result in surgery needed to relocate.
