Pedophile from Canada went into hiding due to a media press release that is making the work of Thailand's Vice Squad much harder. In this Press Release by Police Major General Wimon Powintara we learn how Canadian paedophile Christopher Paul Neil paid 200 Baht to his rape victims after luring them from Internet cafes where they played games to play for free at his private Internet cafe at his Din Daeng apartment.
On Friday the 19th October 2007 the Fugitive Canadian Pedophile was arrested in Nakorn Ratchasima (Korat) Thailand!
Today Pol Maj Gen Wimon issued an arrest warrant for wanted Canadian Pedo Christopher Paul Neil, a suspected paedophile being hunted in Thailand for sexually abusing two boys as young as six years of age at his Bangkok apartment.
Pedophile Neil was caught on camera at the immigration counter at Suvarnabhumi airport last Thursday when he arrived from South Korea where he taught English. His photo, released to the media by Interpol, shows a man with a cleanly shaved head and glasses.
Pol Maj Gen Wimon explains that it would have been much easier to pick up the Canadian Pedophile if the media kept quiet until after the arrest.
Under the Thaksin Shinawatra there was little control if any - the new government are showing that they are much more serious about protecting the image of Thailand and erradicating child abuse.
