A 2D real-time tracker for multiple acoustic sources. Sources are recorded with a three element array and processed in a batch-wise manner with a Recursive Regularized ICA. The estimated mixing matrix are processed through the GSCT. A new optimal non-linearity is adopted in order to obtain a GSCT function which approximates the true kernel density of the acoustic propagation time-delays. Through the GSCT function, disjoint SIR particle filters estimate for each source the propagated density and the resulting Maximum Likelihood estimate of bidimensional time-delays. A kernel-based exclusion approach is adopted to avoid that different filters collapse to the same source.
Semi Blind Source Separation is performed based on the estimated TDOAs.
