Members of the cast of Salsation Theatre Company's latest revue TEXTUAL HEALING were invited to CAN-TV in Chicago to speak to Perspectivas Latinas about what the show was all about. The show features interviews with Maria Mendoza, Horacio Ramirez, and Ramon Charriez with sketches performed by Rose Guccione, Migeul Lepe, Maria Mendoza, Horacio Ramirez, Nelson Velazquez, and Mary Zemaitis.

The segment is a production of CAN-TV. This was posted up with permission from CAN-TV.

TEXTUAL HEALING! is a brand new sketch comedy revue from Salsation Theatre Company, NFP that comments on such issues as Latino pride, history and the Latino vote, gentrification, the economy and jobs crisis, gay rights, and the depictions of women in the Bible; and comments satirically on such social issues as sexting and similar recent scandals, the Tea Party, Generation Text, and airport screening. The show includes a fully-improvised telenovela.
