Dragon Boat Festival (aka Duanwu Festival) is coming up on June 9, 2016. As part of the annual celebration, it's tradition to make Zongzi (Bamboo wrapped sticky rice). Here's my recipe and techniques on how to prepare, wrap, and cook the Zongzi.
