This is the Spartacus workout from Mens Health Magazine that is designed to burn fat fast and getting your body building some lean toned muscle. This spartacus workout is going to be pretty darn intense so if you're a rookie then I'd recommend taking it easy on this one. Do each exercise for 50sec and rest 10sec before doing the next exercise. After you finish all 10 exercises then rest 2 minutes and repeat the whole thing 2 more times. I've done this Spartacus workout myself personally and it's a crazy hard workout, but the results you'll get from doing it are incredible.
