I hope you all try my new creation! It's super healthy and uses all my favorite ingredients

1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 almond coconut milk (or whatever you like)
1 scoop Vanilla NeoSport Cell Protein
2 tbls Almond Meal
1 tbls Coconut Flour
Cinnamin
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbls, chia, hemp seeds from hippie butter and flax seed

Mix and treat like a reg pancake!
