Focus in on the goals of each project and youll find you have the attention of the right people. Ask intelligent questions and get intelligent responses. Often you can work through a question and answer process document to help uncover key information. When all questions are answered that are relevant to the campaign at hand production time is more efficient. Take some time and get to know your client. Understand their needs and level of participation. This pays off big time when you report directly to the client based on the marketing objectives.

Dont overlook building a nice funnel visualization. Each goal funnel can be up to ten different steps. You can use different languages to filter the goal data such as regular expression, head match or exact match.

Make sure you have conversions setup and configured properly. That way all data is correct and will be incredibly actionable. Leads and the value of a lead is getting right at the core of your business. This data is not worth taking a chance on.
