How to make a fondant mermaid topper for a cake. FAQ: I use homemade marshmallow fondant with a little wilton fondant added in for pliability and tylose powder to harden my fondant. I use Americolor food coloring to colorize the white fondant to the colors I want. I use gum glue which is water and tylose powder combined together to attach pieces together. I made this topper over a period of two days so plan your time accordingly if you use this tutorial. If you have any other questions, just leave a comment and I will answer it as soon as I can. Thanks for watching!
