This is how to make a spanish tortilla with GLORIOUS veggie juice pulp...get out your juicer put all this in your veggie-hole juice it up and drink your frankenstein-blood. This stuff makes you strong like Jack LaLanne and it's GOOD...until you see everything that's going to waste!

But here's a trick...wad it up and juice it AGAIN, for another cup of the good stuff. And now the pulp is just dry enough to stir-fry in a splash of hot olive oil! That's right...cook it up just like hamburger meat. I like to MOOSH it out, let it cook & break it up again. It'll be done, when it looks about like this.

Pull any tough bits out & add some spices.
Scramble up 6 eggs...looks like I only have 3.
Heat your pan back up with some butter cut with oil.
Mix the pulp into the eggs...with only 3 eggs...mine's gonna be tiny.
Plop it all into the pan & cook it up just like a gigantic pancake
Cut it up & make it pretty with a bit of mint, or maybe you'd prefer a little parsley.

A LOT of parsley is extra-healthy.
With an odd-shaped sweet potato, it's just weird.
or serve it with my favorite - a monkey!
However you prefer, it's crazy good! ...don't eat monkey.
