In this tutorial I show you how to make a Google+ Community. As you can see it's very simple to do. Google+ announced a cool new feature, in addition to announcing that they have 235 million active users. The new feature is Communities, also known as groups on other sites like Facebook. At first glance, it looks like Google is trying to have Communities take over Google Groups, which would push more people to use Google+. Which is what Google wants anyways. Now, how to create a Google+ Community:

Visit plus.google.com/communities
Click 'Create Community'
Choose a Name
Then select whether you want to approve new members or not. Basically do you want it private or public?
Next you get to start customizing your new community. The profile picture for your community will be a 250×250, but only 200×250 will be visible. So if you're creating a new logo, keep that in mind. Another thing to keep in mind is that the privacy cannot be changed. So be careful with whether you choose for it be private or public.
