Steve Freers, an expert in Native American rock art, explains the meaning of petroglyphs in California's San Bernardino Mountains.
Freers works with Lynn Swartz Dodd, lecturer in USC College's School of Religion and curator for the College's Archaeological Research Collection, and her students to digitally archive ancient Native American rock art.
