Mugen KOFE Eiji

After a super long hiatus, I'm back. I've finally finished Eiji. He took forever. He has his '98UM air dagger and his ki ko ho works like Andy's hi sho ken. The leaping multi kick works like Lin's and his reflector now only negates fireballs for the sake of balance. I've done my take on his SDM Ranbu. S'about all for now. Billy Kane is up next.
