Joyce Riley of The Power Hour radio show warns of Media Lies by the corporate media to manufacture public support for a U.S. Military invasion of Libya
URGENT: THERE'S STILL A CHANCE THAT WE CAN PREVENT A U.S. MILITARY INVASION OF LIBYA. PLEASE LINK TO THIS VIDEO AND FORWARD IT TO OTHERS ASAP.
On the February 25, 2011 episode of The Power Hour radio show the show's host Joyce Riley gave her analysis of and warning about an upcoming U.S. military attack on the North African country of Libya. Joyce Riley, a former USAF Flight Nurse and Gulf War era veteran, is also the national spokesperson for the American Gulf War Veterans Association and has done extensive research into the lies and betrayals by the U.S. government concerning the First Gulf War.
Joyce Riley recalls for the listeners the same stories used by the George H. W. Bush administration to gain public support for the U.S. attack on and invasion of Iraq in January of 1991. The stories of the Iraqi troops going into hospitals in Kuwait and taking newborn babies out of the incubators and leaving them on the cold floors to die along with the stories of the Iraqis setting fire to the oil wells in Iraq and Kuwait were both later proven to be false, but a little too late for those killed or whose lives were otherwise destroyed in Iraq.
It's very troubling that 20 years later the U.S. corporate media is once again propagating the same stories of newborn babies being taken out of incubators in Libyan hospitals by Libyan troops and left to die as well as stories that the Libyans have been and are threatening to set the oil wells in their country on fire ... all the while a U.S. Navy battle group, complete with U.S. Marines, sails towards Libya so as to be in place for a military invasion.
